Swimbaits on rock/weed edges along with tube jigs were the ticket for my guests on this trip. A couple new personal best Smallmouth Bass! The Kawartha Lakes Region has some amazing smallmouth bass fishing! This father/son duo did great today with learning new techniques, practicing getting baits out of snags and catching carp on bass fishing lures!!! You never know what you’ll catch when you hit the water!
